We do not guarantee that all listings are always available or accurate. We may update, modify or remove listings at any time without notice.
If you register an account:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Use of property enquiries or making offers does not constitute a binding contract until formal contracts are signed in writing with appropriate legal documents.
We act as a facilitator between property owners, tenants, buyers, and sellers. We are not party to the property ownership unless explicitly stated.
Any fees, commissions or charges are to be clearly disclosed before any binding agreement is entered into.
